How to Sign Up

Signing up is quick and easy! You can subscribe while browsing a product page or in your shopping cart.

  1. Select Subscribe & Save on your desired product.
  2. Choose your preferred delivery frequency.
  3. Check out as usual.


What Happens After Signing Up?

Once you sign up, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to manage your subscription.

  • Your orders will be placed automatically according to your selected frequency.
  • You will only be charged when your order ships.
  • Email reminders will be sent 5 days before each shipment.
  • You’ll receive notifications about stock updates, cancellations, and successful order placements.


Managing Your Subscription

How Do I Modify My Order?

Update your next order date, skip an order, adjust frequency, or cancel anytime through the Subscriptions section in your account. 

How Do I Change My Delivery Date?

  1. Visit the Subscriptions tab in the My Account section.
  2. Click Reschedule above your upcoming order.
  3. Select a new date – this will update all future orders accordingly.

How Do I Skip a Delivery?

Go to the Subscriptions tab and click Skip Payment next to your upcoming order.

How Do I Change My Shipment Frequency?

  1. Navigate to your Account page.
  2. Click the 'Click here to view subscription' button next to the subscription.
  3. Click Edit on the right of the Subscription description box
  4. Change the 'Repeats every' drop down to your new preferred frequency.
  5. Click Save

How Do I Pause My Subscription?

  1. Navigate to your Account page.
  2. Click the 'Click here to view subscription' button next to the subscription.
  3. Click the orange 'Pause this subscription' below your payment method box, on the right of the Subscription description page
  4. Your subscription will be paused, and you will receive an email notification

How Do I Cancel My Subscription?

  1. Navigate to your Account page.
  2. Click the 'Click here to view subscription' button next to the subscription.
  3. Click the red 'Cancel this subscription' below your payment method box, on the right of the Subscription description page
  4. Your subscription will be cancelled, and you will receive an email notification


Managing Account Information

How Do I Update My Shipping Address or Payment Method?

  • Update your shipping address on your Subscriptions page.
  • Modify your billing details on your Subscriptions page.
  • If you’ve already placed an order, contact Customer Care for address changes.

How Do I View My Future Deliveries?

Check the Subscriptions tab for a list of upcoming deliveries by order date.

How Do I Combine Items into One Shipment?

To ensure items ship together:

  1. Set the same order date for all Subscription items.
  2. Confirm they share the same shipping address, billing address, and payment method.

Can I Add Items to My Next Subscription Order?

Yes! Simply:

  1. Log into your Subscriptions page.
  2. Visit the subscription you want to add to.
  3. Click 'Add item' below the Items list.
  4. Choose an item.
  5. Click 'Save'
  6. This item will now be added to all future deliveries

Can I Remove Items from My Next Subscription Order?

Yes! Simply:

  1. Log into your Subscriptions page.
  2. Visit the subscription you want to remove items from.
  3. Under your Items list, 'Remove' below the item you want to remove.
  4. Click 'Save'
  5. This item will now be excluded from all future deliveries

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

All Subscription orders require a credit or debit card. PayPal and other alternative payment methods are not supported.
